Requirements:
World Link Education's China Programs are open to all persons worldwide provided they are:

i.	18 to 60 years old (with exceptions)
ii.	Have completed high school
iii.	In good health

1. Application

Send the following documents (by fax, mail or email) to your nearest WLE Office by the Application deadline. To speed up the application process Apply Online.

Mail the above documents and photos to your nearest WLE Office.

Within 5 days of receiving the complete application, Admissions will send a confirmation that you have a reserved placement in the program. WLE will send an Acceptance Notice and Enrollment form to you.

2. Enrollment
Complete the Enrollment Form and pay the Program Fees (see Payment below) before the enrollment deadline. Please read World Link Education's program information and Terms and Conditions before enrollment.

Fax OR Mail the Enrollment Form (first page) and bank receipt for paid program fees to your nearest WLE Office.

3. Visa
When you have Enrolled in the program, the visa documents (a Letter of Invitation and Confirmation Form) will be sent to you.

Please contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the Visa Application Form and processing fee.

Bring the following documents to the Embassy or Consulate:

i.	Visa Application Form (completed)
ii.	Your valid passport (it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and for the duration of the program)
iii.	A copy of the Letter of Invitation (provided by World Link Education)
iv.	A copy of the Confirmation Form (provided by World Link Education)
v.	Relevant visa application fee
vi.	2 Passport size photos

Applicants should apply for an F Visa. In most cases visas will be issued for 1, 3 or 6 months regardless of the study duration. If the study duration is not covered by the initial visa approval, the host institution and WLE will assist students in extending their visa, however all fees will be covered by the student.

Early Enrollment is strongly advised to take into account the time needed for visa documents to be sent by Admissions and visa processing time by the Embassy or Consulate.

Please note that WLE and the host institute can only issue an invitation letter for the duration of study. Students are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas for their stay in China . WLE recommends students check with their nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the latest visa regulations.

4. Arrival
Send a fax or email to advise your Programs Advisor or the Beijing Office of your flight details: date, time of arrival, airline, flight number, and place of departure, so that we can arrange your airport reception. Please forward this information no later than 10 days before your arrival. Program Fees do not include airfares.

5. Payment (of Application and Enrollment Fees)
Payments of the Application Fee (US$100 non-refundable) and Enrollment Fee may be paid in one of three ways, by Bank Transfer, Bank or Cashier's Check, or by Money Order. Save the bank receipt and fax or send it along with the other documents as proof of payment.

Make the check or money order payable to: 'World Link Education' Checks or money orders should be sent to the nearest WLE Office by express or registered mail. World Link Education is not responsible for any loss or misplacement in the course of mailing. Personal checks are not accepted.
